We are very pleased to release Part 3 of 4 series of presentations focusing on Final Cut Pro X in Broadcast recorded at this years FCPXWorld in Amsterdam.
Our third set of four includes some amazing new tools and revelations about how to manage Big Data, with anamorphic ultra-high resolution media, large camera media such as 6K in the correct resolution and aspect ratio for delivery and the fundamentals of asset management utilising Final Cut Pro X library sharing on a SAN.
And finally this set closes with Christian Pettersen explains how VGTV Norway how Final Cut Pro X has played a dominant role in the "transition" from being Norway's biggest newspaper to also becoming a successful broadcaster.

Ben Mercer - Lead Editor Ben explains how they shot nearly 500 hours of footage using 3 ARRI cameras (recording ProRes HQ 3840 x 2160@24p), a 4K BMD Production camera, a RED Scarlet Dragon, a Panasonic GH4 DSLR, 4 GoPros and a DJI Osmo X5R, plus drone footage shot with a DJI Inspire, an ARRI Alexa Mini and a RED Raven. Handling such huge amounts of footage is a challenge for any editor. |
