Shabazz is an experienced award-winning editor with credits in Drama, Documentaries, Entertainment, Commercials, and Music Promos. Constructing strong narratives is one of Shabazz’s strong points. His recent credits includes Series Editor for Comedy Central’s ‘Drunk History’ (6 x 10), Series Editor on UK TV’s ‘Lenny Henry's Race Through Comedy’ (3 x 60), and Series Editor on BBC Four’s Soon Gone: A Windrush Chronicle; an 8-part drama series. Shabazz is a great collaborator “who brings positive energy into the edit suite” and shows great care for each edit he works on.
Shabazz had the honour of working as Series Editor for Sir Lenny Henry’s production company, Douglas Road (part of Endemol Shine) on this award-winning 8 part drama series of monologues for BBC Four.
