The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Agent who has a demonstrable track record of seeing projects through from initial enquiry to finish. This is a client facing role, therefore an outgoing and friendly personality is essential.

Candidates will be required to select talent for each project, negotiate rates, arrange meetings and confirm the job. This will require daily liaison with our client base over the phone and via email. In addition you will attend client meetings, remotely or in person, as required.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to successfully manage our extensive Talent list and liaise with around two hundred production and post production professionals on a daily basis.

Responsible for diary management, scheduling, holidays and appointments for the talent, the successful candidate will be highly organised with exceptional time management skills. It is a requirement of the role that you are a great team player, as well as having the ability to self-manage and work autonomously.

In addition, the post holder will manage the talent enrolment process and resource suitable talent to join the books. This will include interviewing potential candidates and setting them up on our system.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for raising invoices & PO requests upon completion of a job and will liaise with our accounts department on a daily basis.

We are now looking for a Talent Agent to join our busy, friendly team on a fixed term contract (FTC), to cover maternity leave.
