The Role:

Our Client is seeking a Senior VFX Producer to join their expanding production team and to work on one specific high profile account. The account has a significant amount of VFX work in it but with lots of versioning too. In order to be successful in this role candidates should have relevant experience in both areas.

Applicants will be exceptional team players with proven experience post producing high budget and technically challenging campaigns. They must have the expertise to own multiple projects, manage challenging timelines and ensure that all content is delivered on time and to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of pitching and bidding for jobs using scripts and treatments and be adept at post-producing multiple projects for multiple clients simultaneously. They will also have experience of establishing, building and maintaining client relationships, as well as assisting clients with technical & deadline management.

The successful candidate will have an absolute minimum of 4 years' experience working in a similar role within a post production company. A proven ability to prioritise effectively across a number of projects, managing time and resources according to each production’s requirements is essential.

The post holder will be required to attend shoots where necessary and some international travel may also be required. They must also be happy to entertain existing and new clients from time to time and will possess a deep commitment to creating groundbreaking work and developing new and exciting ideas.

Whilst working hours are 9am - 6pm, in our industry it is often expected that we be contactable outside these hours. Knowing this, we are protective of our teams and carefully monitor hours worked, however, flexibility is key.

The Client:

Our Client is a multi award winning, multi national Post Production House with bases in London and Europe. They specialise in a wide variety of short form projects, including advertising and music, working with cutting edge VFX artists, colourists and sound designers. They are currently in a period of rapid growth, so having the agility and talent to create bespoke solutions, together with the capability and willingness to augment the role, in line with the studio's needs, are essential.
