Role Description

Our client, well known for high end beauty products, is seeking for a Senior 3D Packaging Designer. With a minimum of 5 years’ experience, ideally with some of that in the beauty sector, plus significant exposure to branding, packaging and print collateral, the ideal candidate will be a conceptual designer with a great eye for typography. Candidates must have a proven ability to sketch ideas and translate those sketches into packaging design.

The role involves designing innovative packaging solutions, developing powerful branding concepts and creating visually compelling product designs which have a strong luxury beauty influence.

Responsibilities include collaborating with product and design teams to bring both primary and secondary packaging concepts to life, from inception to production. Working as part of a team, the designer will contribute to producing impactful packaging that meets our client’s branding and functional requirements.

Candidates will be required to submit a portfolio of past work detailing projects and your role and responsibilities within those projects.

This hybrid role with three days per week working from offices in central London, will require the ability to collaborate effectively, excellent project management skills, plus proven multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent skills in Adobe CC Illustrator
• Excellent skills in Photoshop
• Excellent skills in InDesign
• Excellent skills in Rhino and Keyshot or similar
• Excellent illustration ability
• BA degree in Graphic Design or similar relevant subject
• Familiarity with fashion & beauty industry trends
