Role: Producer

The Producer needs to have both stills and moving image experience and the ability to manage their own productions from scoping through to delivery, on budget and on time. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for delivering Full Service Production briefs and Post Production briefs for all brands across all end uses from in-store to online, social, TVC, print, OOH & DOOH

• The Producer will need to own multiple projects’ budgets, timelines and deliver to high production & creative standards.

• Work with both in-house agency client management teams, and production-direct clients.

• Support with model casting when required ensuring legal agreements, model release forms and usage trackers are maintained

• Engage and manage third party production vendors & partners, ensuring budgets, schedules, talent & licensing requirements are met, and that creative expectations are met.

• Work closely with internal and external post production teams to make sure deliveries are on track and on budget.

SKILLS

• Possess a solid understanding of budgeting, management and negotiation skills and a strong understanding of digital advertising and media.

• Extensive experience in photographic and motion-led shoot production for the fashion, beauty and luxury industry and with proven experience in this field.

• Excellent knowledge of and contacts within the market with regards to photographers, directors, DOPs, stylists, set designers, hair and make-up artists, model agencies and diary services.

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Keynote.

• Ensure that your approach to process is flexible - positively find solutions to problems whilst assessing the commercial impact of decisions made.

• Possess a solid understanding of budgeting, management and negotiation skills and a strong understanding of digital advertising and media.

• Experience working in an agency environment.

• Able to co-ordinate timescale estimates

• Ability to understand technical and creative aspects of a project.

• Excellent Verbal, written and presentational skills

• Ability to develop strong business relationships

• Ability to formulate realistic plans and where required, identify alternative plans to meet business and client needs

• Excellent organisational skills including time management, planning, hitting deadlines, objective setting

• Ability to produce clear project plans, defining priorities and setting realistic milestones and deadlines.

• Ability to co-ordinate, schedule and control the resources to meet the plan

• Ability to estimate and manage a project budget using standard charging models as well as bespoke costing proposals.

• Demonstrate a sound commercial understanding and reporting of accounts.

• Capable of identifying and reacting to events threatening the project (risk management) and understand the appropriate escalation procedures.

• Demonstrate confidence in communicating with people at all levels.

• Ability to work in a team with both senior and junior colleagues, and support where necessary.
