The Role:

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Post Production Producer, whose role will be to attend and lead client meetings at the project start and throughout the process, as well as to be responsible for feedback to the relevant teams internally.

Candidates will have the ability to supervise multiple projects as they progress, liaising between internal departments and clients, ensuring smooth workflows, handovers and communication, whilst working to tight deadlines. Working with the Head of Post to resolve any schedule clashes, the ideal candidate will anticipate bottlenecks and provide solutions, updating clients, weekly, on actual costs versus budgeted costs. With excellent communication skills, they will also possess the ability to ensure all clients’ requirements are accommodated and their expectations managed.

The ideal candidate will have an extremely good understanding of long form broadcast post production workflows, as well as very good scheduling ability and the desire to keep up to date with the latest technologies, workflow and industry developments.

The successful candidate will oversee and manage client deliveries, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects on time and within budget. Booking all jobs and schedules using the Farmers Wife scheduling tool, they will work efficiently and accurately, prioritising as required to ensure all deadlines are met and that client billing of all projects is performed accurately and in a timely manner on a regular basis.

They are currently undergoing a period of expansion, delivering the very best creative and technical solutions for every job, from their new Central London offices, whatever the platform.
