We are looking for a Post Producer to join a fast-growing boutique post-production house that provides services in edit, colour grading and motion retouch.

POSITION AIMS:

• To help grow the business by encouraging new and repeat customers through strong procedures and excellent client care
• To maintain and expand the Studio’s reputation for outstanding, quality work
• To raise project margins as well as overall turnover
• To continuously develop responsibilities and key skills in order to advance into a more senior role

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Run booking systems and post produce projects in coordination with other staff to ensure the smooth and optimum use of resources
• Raise quotes and manage schedules
• Negotiate project pricing with prospective clients
• Understand and interpret client briefs
• Work efficiently with available resources to post produce projects
• Understand the creative scope of projects in order to deliver outstanding work
• Maintain good relationships and communication with clients at all stages
• Swiftly feedback technical and creative issues and resolve in concert with relevant staff
• Log costs, spend and profit on a project-by-project basis
• Delegate tasks to junior staff members or prod assistants and track progress
• Manage client relationship after jobs to encourage repeat business
• Attend industry events to socialise with industry peers and potential new clients
• Approach prospects, generate new leads and win new business in collaboration with planned marketing measures

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A firm understanding of post workflows, particularly colour grading and editing
• High level of motivation and positive, friendly and outgoing attitude
• Knowledge of the advertising and fashion industries and key trends pertaining to these
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, prospects and other team members
• Self starter attitude to maintain and ameliorate production systems
• Salary Dependent on experience.
