The Role:

Our client is seeking a Post Production Producer, with an energetic, outgoing, friendly personality, who has in excess of 3 years' experience in post production, or a comparable production role.

The ideal applicant will possess a deep knowledge of post production workflows including offline, online, VFX, 2D/3D animation and associated software. In addition, experience of budgeting, together with a strong track record of creating and winning bid budgets and pitches, as well as scheduling and managing the online process, are requirements for this role. An excellent written and verbal communicator, you will have the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with clients, staff and suppliers.

The successful candidate will be one who is able to call upon a solid network of freelance editors, colourists, animators / VFX artists etc., and who is experienced in seeing jobs through from bid to delivery. This will include managing resources and suppliers, ensuring all external talent meet our client's high standards. Developing relationships with new clients & nurturing relationships with existing clients, you will have strong leadership, communication and multi-tasking skills.

Our Client is a London editing studio which works across commercial, fashion, music, documentary and drama. They consistently deliver results of the highest quality for their own clients, which includes numerous high end, global leading brands and household names.


Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate fees with clients and external talent
  • Reconcile and report budgets
  • Manage client expectations
  • Provide creative feedback
  • QC to editors where applicable
  • Liaise with managing director and production manager
  • Ensure smooth delivery of projects
  • Research and licensing

Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of post production workflows
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of Avid
  • Knowledge of Resolve
  • Knowledge of Microsoft
  • Knowledge of Google Docs
