Permanent (Full-Time) – Branding / Social Media / Advertising – London/Hybrid - Salary Commensurate with Experience

3 years minimum industry experience & 2 years minimum experience in the role.

The Role:

Our client looking for a talented and creative junior MCR editor and QC / delivery person to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent, communication, organisational and problem solving skills. They will have some technical knowledge with a background in editing and troubleshooting for delivery. In addition they will be able to demonstrate a keen enthusiasm for both technical and creative aspects of global television, film and digital media. In return There will be plenty of room for growth in this varied MCR role.

This is a vibrant, innovative company which works on feature films, branding and advertising campaigns, as well as social media, and one which operates at the cutting edge of technology.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• QC video and audio for delivery to broadcasters
• Manage multiple deadlines on a tight schedule

Qualifications & Experience:

• Full understanding of audio file formats and protocols for broadcast
• Possess a good understanding of delivery codecs
• Organised with a keen eye for detail,
• Full understanding of tape / digital workflows
• Excellent knowledge of Premiere Pro
• Excellent knowledge of Media Encoder
• Excellent knowledge of Final Cut Pro
• Excellent educational credentials (minimum of a 2.1 from a top university)
• Minimum Role Experience: 2 years
• Minimum Industry Experience: 2-3 years
