Emily is an experienced editor, most notable for editing the multi-award winning feature documentary 'Alien On Stage' rated as a top film to watch at SXSW 2021 by Rolling Stone, and described as 'One of the funniest documentaries in years' by IndieWire.
She has a broad and varied 6 years' worth of experience working with returning clients and directors such as VICE, E4, Tim Samuels, i-D and ECCO. As a documentary director her experience ranges from co-directing ‘Nuestro Muro’ - a 30-min multi-lingual doc about street art with OTOXO Productions for Spanish channel – Betevé, working as a self-shooting PD on branded content and and directing skateboarding content for Skateism.
Emily is most in her element when creating character-driven documentaries about joyful communities and unlikely heroes.
