Permanent (Full-Time) – Advertising – London - Salary Commensurate with Experience

6 years minimum industry experience & 3 years minimum experience in the role.

The Role:

Our client is seeking a highly organised and pro-active Senior Post Producer who is a forward looking collaborator, always seeking improvements. The successful candidate will have in depth knowledge of both TV and content production and post production workflows. You will be a solutions orientated negotiator, have a strong commitment to the creative craft and to quality, as well as being able to handle pressure and remain positive.

Working closely with Production, Directors, Agency Creatives and Clients from conception to delivery, you will take responsibility for the complete post process for TV and content, from briefing and budgeting to delivery.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Book internal resource and freelancers
• Schedule Offline, Online, Motion Graphics Resource, Sound and Grade
• Collate required assets for editors, motion graphics designers and sound houses
• Manage budgets and timings
• Attend voice over sessions
• Ensure the archive of all client assets
• Equipment bookings

Qualifications & Experience:

• Exceptional technical understanding of Post Production processes
• Comfortable working in a fast paced and fast turnaround environment
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent QC skills
• Knowledge and experience of Clearcast
• Knowledge and experience of Adstream

Desirable:

• A strong interest in Production
• Happy to be involved in small studio shoots
